ADAM HIGNETT
MD / HEAD OF PRODUCTION & TOURING
With over two decades in audio engineering and live production, Adam Hignett is one of the most respected professionals in the field. He has delivered world-class shows for leading artists at premier venues across Australia and internationally, and is a trusted collaborator for Frontier Touring, Live Nation, and many of Australia’s top bands and managers.
Adam regularly takes on senior production management roles for large-scale tours and high-profile events, bringing both technical mastery and calm leadership to every project. He has led production and worked as audio engineer on major tours for Tame Impala, Khruangbin, Leon Bridges, Gorillaz, Glass Animals, Broods, Boy & Bear, Holy Holy, Sarah Blasko, Grouplove, Winston Surfshirt, and Sam Fender. Known for his eye for detail and deep industry knowledge, Adam ensures every show both looks and sounds exceptional.
JESS BESTON
HEAD OF EVENTS / CLIENT MANAGER
Jess Beston has over 20 years of experience in the Australian music industry spanning artist management, A&R, PR, and touring. Known for her sharp instincts and commitment to both artist development and live performance, she is passionate about creating unforgettable events that connect artists and audiences.
With 11 years at labels and 13 years managing artists, Jess brings a rare mix of industry insight and on-the-ground experience. She works collaboratively and understands the pressures labels and teams face, and will be involved to whatever degree is required by the team, ensuring events run smoothly and reflect the team’s vision.
Jess started her career as an artist, then moved to labels. She worked for 6 years in PR at EMI (on artists such as Coldplay, Silverchair, Jet, Kasey Chambers and Missy Higgins); 4 years in A&R at Universal (signing and working on albums, asset creation and marketing for Gyroscope, Children Collide and Vasco Era); and was involved in the signing of both Violent Soho and The Naked & Famous for their first records. In 2011, Jess founded boutique music company Tiny Monster, where she has managed Holy Holy from their inception. Under her guidance, they have achieved three ARIA Top 10 albums, multiple gold and platinum records, and countless sold-out national tours in 1,000–3,000 capacity venues, and festivals around the world. Jess also Assistant Managed Neil Finn & Crowded House with Bill Cullen/OneLouder between 2015 and 2019.
